Admission Policy

There are two main sources of admission to St. Michael’s Hospital – emergency admissions through the Emergency Department and pre-arranged admissions.

The aim of the admission policy is to introduce/maintain order into the process of admission and discharge of patients. More importantly, it is aimed at improving the quality of service patients are offered.
